Welcome Tiffany!!

I’d like to introduce myself… I am Tiffany O’Meara, General Manager of Salt of the Earth. I grew up in the northeast.  I’m a multi instrumentalist musician. I sang Pat Benetar, Heart, and The Pretenders in my band  during my high school days. Growing up on the ocean, I was infused with a love of its creatures, its smell, and its apparent magic to always make me feel good.

Naturally, I chose to study Marine Biology at university. Then I moved to NYC to study singing. I still got to be near the waves, and creatures, and salt air.  I then met my then-husband on Bleecker St, got married, and had a few kids. Eventually my husband’s job moved us to Boulder! That was 16 years ago, and I never looked back.  Chief Niwot has had the last laugh with me, the “curse” of permanent residence.

After living in Boulder for almost 2 decades, I’ve become accustomed to suffering from the Green Goblin Storm that happens every May-August.  Pine pollen. I love hiking in the mountains that kiss Boulder, but my respiratory system goes haywire when my windshield looks like Kermit the Frog got vaporized.

For the past few years, especially as “poor air quality alerts” increase, I have had a stuffed left cheek.  Just can’t get it clear. And so it became my new norm.  One of the benefits of working at Salt of the Earth is unlimited salting.  I salted twice only, one time a week, and bam! I have my left sinus back!

It’s as clear as the post-rain air. What a difference in my singing, my tissue expenses, and my life in general. I am so grateful to have found this haven of health, and to work here is the gravy on top! I absolutely can’t wait to meet all of you and help you change your lives for the better too.
